Everything is wayyyyyy amazing and clean and breakfast can be served in the room at no extra cost, Wifi was good as well. I enjoyed my stay to the maximum and the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Lot of space and good location, our kids loved the pool!
Disliked · Breakfast option very nice but relatively expensive

Breakfast was good. The location across the IST clinc perfect. That was the reason why we choose it because we had to go to the clinic several times.
But the location is also central and very quiet. The pool is nice and so is the garden. Just to hot to sit outside
Disliked · The food selection for lunch or dinner was not really great but ok.

Checked in by the sweetest lady, I think her name was Lucy. Another gentleman went and got us food at 3am.
Lovely place, very big, good restaurant Choma Hut 5 minutes walk away, target and another supermarket and a Vodafone shop for sim card. More restaurants and bars about 5-8 minutes drive Away. Far from the centre so try to avoid Friday afternoon and peak times. The ground is well kept (pool was a little dirty but cleaned before we left) we arrived at butt to lots of lights outside, it’s a very impressive complex and very quiet.
Disliked · The small bedroom had cigarette butt’s from the previous guests even after being cleaned during our stay.
Very poor Wifi.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The courtyard garden was vibrant and full of plants. Unfortunately the pool was out of service when we visited.
Disliked · A more varied menu would be great (with more vegetarian options) as we ate most of our meals in the hotel.

The house itself was lovely. The location was exactly what we needed. Pretty much less than 3000 tzs to everywhere we wanted to go. Felt it was in a safe neighbourhood during the day. A few stores close by and an atm that for once didn’t charge (when it had money). Beds were comfy and clean.
Disliked · Staff could have been a bit more attentive. There were 4 of us, but our room had 1 fork and 2 teaspoons and also only 3 towels. When we asked for these to be fixed they of course did, but you could see how impressed they were to have to actually do so. The property itself is good, but definitely has seen its day a while ago. Chairs falling apart, wallpaper peeling, pool not chlorinated with murky water, gas stove with only 1 hob that worked. The AC’s all thankfully worked and the internet as well when it was actually on. We had to hotspot a few times off of the receptionists own phone to call an uber for example. All in all a good stay, just feels forgotten about or neglected.

I appreciated the access to my conference at IST, and the ease of walking to Coco Beach & Village Supermarket. I wanted convenience and a good night’s rest during a packed conference, and I got both. I was only able to get breakfast on the last morning, and it was a delicious meal that was prepared fresh. I appreciated the communication with management when I had a question and needed an adjustment to checkout so that I could at least enjoy some beach time on my last morning. The security guards were very responsible and on their job at all hours.
Disliked · There could be some upgrades to the accommodations and especially the pool. A bit disappointing compared to the picture. Other than that it was fine as I know what to expect in Dar having lived in Moshi for the last seven months.

Nice and big room. Safe place. Good staff
Disliked · Pool and bathroom needs maintenance. Breakfast can be better (if you offer bacon in the breakfast options, you can’t give a piece of it big as peanut..). Very noisy in the morning because of roof jobs during our stay.
